		<description><![CDATA[i heard recently how many minutes longer it takes to do everything when you are &quot;multi-tasking.&quot; of course, i can&#039;t remember where i heard this because i was probably listening to the radio, on the computer, etc. etc. etc. at the time ;) 
your last post on this subject inspired me to  disconnect from social media while at work - productive and more sane, indeed!]]></description>
