1.5 c semolina

1.5 c white flour

1 tsp salt

1 c warm water

1/3 c olive oil

mix together, knead for eight minutes, cut into twelve little balls, let rest 30+ minutes.  Roll out thin, sprinkle with toppings- pepper, parm etc, score surface.  Bake on cornmeal dusted stone or sheet at 450 until golden brown.  I ate them all.  Delicious.
